Check-in Instructions Please check-in at Moose Creek Inn 119 Electric Street West Yellowstone, MT 59758.

Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check out time is 11:00 am. Summer office hours are from 7:00am to 12:00 am. Off-season office hours are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Please contact our office for late arrival.

Check-out is 11:00am.

Parking Parking is first-come, first-served. We do not have assigned parking.

Terms and Conditions WE CHARGE A ONE NIGHT NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT AT THE TIME OF RESERVATION FOR EACH ROOM. THIS DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE IF THE RESERVATION IS CANCELLED AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON. IF YOU CANCEL WITHIN 48 HOURS OF ARRIVAL, THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE RESERVATION WILL BE CHARGED. SHOULD YOU NEED TO CHANGE THE DATES OF YOUR RESERVATION, YOU MAY DO SO IF YOU PROVIDE AT LEAST A 48 HOUR NOTICE PRIOR TO ARRIVAL, PROVIDED THERE IS AVAILABILITY. WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES.

Moose Creek Cabins and Inn are non-smoking facilities. There is a $250.00/day minimum fee for smoking in any unit.

Moose Creek Cabins and Inn do not allow pets. Pets are not allowed on the property. There is a $250.00/day minimum fee for having any pet on the property.

DOGS AND OTHER ANIMALS, INCLUDING EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMALS, ARE PROHIBITED ON THE PREMISES. A PERSON MAY BE ACCOMPANIED BY A SERVICE ANIMAL SUBJECT TO REQUIREMENTS OF THE AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT AND MONTANA CODE SECTIONS 49-4-203(2) & 214.

PURSUANT TO FEDERAL AND MONTANA LAW, THE MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ASK ANIMAL HANDLERS THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS:

1) WHETHER THE ANIMAL IS A SERVICE ANIMAL THAT IS REQUIRED BECAUSE OF A DISABILITY; AND,

2) TO DESCRIBE THE WORK OR TASK THE ANIMAL IS TRAINED TO PERFORM.

THE MANAGEMENT MAY REQUEST REMOVAL OF SERVICE ANIMALS NOT PROPERLY TRAINED, HOUSEBROKEN, OR UNDER THE EFFECTIVE CONTROL OF THEIR HANDLER.

PURSUANT TO SECTION 49-4-214(3), THE MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO FILE COMPLAINTS WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT IF A PERSON MISREPRESENTS THAT AN ANIMAL IS A SERVICE ANIMAL. MISREPRESENTATION OF SERVICE ANIMALS IS A MISDEMEANOR UNDER MONTANA LAW.

Cooking is not allowed in any unit other than units with kitchen facilities. There is a $250.00/day minimum fee for cooking in a unit without kitchen facilities. Kitchens in kitchen units must be left in a clean condition upon departure. A fee of $50.00 will be charged to your card should the kitchen not be left in a clean condition upon departure (including washing dishes).

The maximum occupancy for each unit is provided in each room description. Children are counted as guests, they do not stay free. The maximum occupancy is two guests per bed (ex: maximum occupancy for a single queen or single king room is 2 guests). Should you misrepresent the size of your party and the number of guests in your party exceeds the maximum occupancy of the unit, your reservation will be canceled and you will be asked to leave. YOU WILL ALSO BE CHARGED IN FULL FOR THE RESERVATION.

Moose Creek Cabins and Inn are privately owned and we reserve the right to refuse service. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please be sure your valuables are secure.

Privacy Policies: The Moose Creek Cabins & Moose Creek Inn takes every precaution to protect our guest’s information. When guests submit sensitive information via the Moose Creek Cabins & Moose Creek Inn website, the information is protected both online and off-line. When our registration/order form asks a guest to enter sensitive information, such as a credit card number, that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry - SSL. Our servers encrypt all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address so it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. While on our secure-page reservation order form, the yellow lock icon on web browsers like Firefox and Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to unlocked, or open, when you are just ‘surfing’. The locked icon always tells a user they are on a secure page. You will also know your connection becomes secure during the checkout process by seeing the "S" for "secure" in HTTPS://... in your browser's address block.

While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect our guest's information off-line. All of our guest's information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our billing clerk or a reservation specialist) are granted access to personally identifiable information. ALL employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Every quarter, as well as any time we add new policies, our employees are notified and/or reminded about the importance we place on privacy, and what they can do to ensure our guest's information is protected. Reserving a room at the Moose Creek Cabins & Moose Creek Inn is absolutely safe. We guarantee, with each purchase you make, any personal information you provide is secure. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges. In the unlikely event, you are subject to fraudulent charges, as a result of making a reservation through our website, we will cover your liability up to $50. This applies ONLY if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own while using the Moose Creek Cabins & Moose Creek Inn secure servers, AND providing you notified your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
